Tracy Conant has returned

Eight years ago, when her husband lost his job, Tracy Conant started coming to the food pantry . When she saw the need, she decided to volunteer and used her administrative skills to benefit WHEN.

She served as the Secretary for WHEN for many years, but family called. She had to take time off to take care of her husband who passed away a year ago.

Tracy has now returned and is serving as the Community Resource Director of the food Pantry. She also volunteers for the marketing and public relations committee for WHEN.

We are lucky to have her back. Thanks, tons, Tracey!

Reverse Advent Calendar

Christmas is just around the corner and many of our friends and neighbors are facing the possibility that Christmas will be bleak. Many of them will go hungry. many of them will face food insecurity for the first time.

You and your family can help make this holiday season brighter for many by participating in WHEN’s Reverse Advent Calendar program. Follow the instructions to the left and help the people you know have a brighter holiday season.

Please drop off food donations to Cleone’s Closet Food Pantry, 13114 W Sunset Highway, Airway Heights, on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between noon and 3:00 p.m.

Food Donation Update

In October, Cleone's Closet Food Pantry gave out 19,018 pounds of food. This served 1,078 people in 317 families in our area. The need continues to grow and we are striving to continue to fill that need. If you have any extra cans of food or other donations, please drop them off at Cleone’s Closet Food Pantry, 13114 W Sunset Highway, Airway Heights, on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday between noon and 3:00 p.m.
